FBCG staff have moved into their new offices on the lower level of East Campus. Check out the photos of the new space below.
Work is continuing on the new Children’s Ministries areas and new classroom space for students and adults on the lower levels at both campuses. And construction of the foundation for the West Campus expansion is ongoing as well.
Workers are installing the new canopy at East Campus.
At East Campus, workers have been busy preparing the front entrance for the start of construction on the new canopy.
In the Sanctuary, work is well underway on the new platform that will enhance the worship experience for the new Word and Table Service and the Traditional Service this fall.
At West Campus the footings are in place for the building expansion, and concrete for the foundation is scheduled to be poured soon.
Renovation work has also begun on the lower level at West Campus to improve space for Children’s Ministries and build additional classrooms and meeting rooms.
Work on the Growing to Serve project at East Campus is proceeding on schedule. On the lower level, work crews are focusing on constructing:
- The new large group room and classrooms for Children’s Ministries
- The new classrooms and meeting space for Student Ministries and the Adult Learning Communities
- The new food pantry and administrative offices
On the main level, renovation began this week on work to extend the platform in the Sanctuary, and work will begin soon to expand the main entrance lobby and install the canopy over the north exterior entrance. Those areas will be cleaned up every weekend so worship services can proceed without disruption.
The work at East Campus should be completed by the end of August, and the work at West Campus should be finished this fall.
We look forward to the exciting things God has in store for FBCG, and how He will use our enhanced facilities to expand our ministry outreach in the community and around the world.
