When: Sunday, February 8. Doors open at 6:00pm. Dodgeball rules be will explained at 6:15 and the games will begin at 6:30. The event will run until 10pm.
What if I don’t want to play dodgeball: Great question! This event is SO much more than a dodgeball tournament. There will be video games (xbox, wii, etc.) tons and food and plenty of hangout. Everyone is welcome to come even if you have no interest
in playing dodgeball.
What does it cost: Dodgeball players: $10 (includes a minimum of 2 games) Everyone else: $5
Proceeds will go to support TREK’s Compassion Child Gabriel Alexander Simbana Vasquez.
How does the dodgeball work: There will be sign-up sheets in TREK or on the website. Each team needs a Captain to help with communication, each team can only have 1 adult and can have up to 10 people (min of 6). Each game will begin with 6 players, and other players will rotate. If you want to play but don’t have a team, come anyway! We’ll hook you up with a team.
Why do we do this: Compassion International is a child sponsorship program to help children break the cycle of poverty and find success spiritually, economically, socially and physically.
