We serve as a ministry to encourage, support and build connections with other women also in the stage of teen-age parenting. Our morning includes informal social time, breakfast, an informative speaker and discussion groups. Join us for a relaxing morning and insightful wisdom on guiding your teen during this important stage of parenting!
When Teens Rebel:
Dealing with Defiance and Beyond
Thursday, January 28
Sue helps adults understand teens! With humor, transparency and candor, Sue will share her own personal story of walking with a son through rebellion. You will leave this session challenged, encouraged and equipped to face this turbulent time with your adolescent. As an internationally known speaker, Sue Heimer’s mission is to come alongside women helping them discover God’s great love for them and his purpose for their lives. She is a regular contributor to Focus on the Family magazine and a frequent guest on Intentional Living radio program with Dr. Randy Carlson. Sue has four wonderful sons, ages 30-21, three beautiful daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. Her and her husband live in Colfax, Illinois.
