Serve in Adult DiscipleshipThe Adult Discipleship Department appreciates the many volunteers that are needed to reach, connect, and equip adults in a variety of ways through the programs that are offered. Whether you are a new or seasoned teacher, have a heart for hosting people in your home, or prefer helping out behind the scenes, we have a place for you to serve in the Adult Discipleship Department! Thank you for prayerfully considering where God might be calling you to serve.

Description: C-Groups is the name we give to small groups.  C-Groups are in-home gatherings of 8-12 individuals or 4-6 couples who meet together for the purpose of connection and study.  There are seven types of C-Groups offered.

Serving Opportunity: We are in need of additional Couples Group leaders. C-Group leaders facilitate and host a group in their homes, either weekly or 2x/month, using curriculum from our C-Group library. We are also in need of C-Group coaches. C-Group coaches are current C-Group leaders who shepherd 5 other leaders, praying for them, encouraging them, and serving as a liaison between the leaders and the Director of Adult Discipleship.
